Refund policy
Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement for orders placed through www.mashd.in as per the guidelines of the company.
Eligibility:
- We accept to refund or replace the orders due to damage or spoilage of products provided the request is raised within 72 hours of its delivery by emailing to our customer support team at orders@mashd.in
Process:
- Please email to orders@mashd.in the order number and detailed reason for refund or replacement request along with the pictures of damage or spoilage of product. Our team will review and revert with a resolution within 48 hours of your email.
- In case of replacement, it is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not viable, we will refund the amount through the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
- In instance of partial damage or spoilage, we will initiate a refund or replacement for only the damaged or spoiled item and not for the entire order. For example, if only 1 item in a box of 6 was found damaged, the same will be processed for refund / replacement.
- In certain instance we might request for return of the damaged or spoiled product. Our customer team will arrange for the pickup of the product from the location of delivery. There will be no return fees levied by us in such instances.
- Any promotions / discount vouchers or codes intended for one-time use will be treated as used in the event of cancellation of order or initiation of refund / replacement by the customer.
